These social media community guidelines are entered into by and between You and South Florida Community Care Network d/b/a Community Care Plan (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). The following guidelines and terms and conditions, (“Community Guidelines”), govern your use of our social media channels.

We reserve the right to monitor user interactions and contributions to our social media channels to ensure that you are courteous and avoid making offensive comments. Your posts and user content must adhere to the following requirements and cannot:
If you link to our social media channels, you must do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, and you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval, or endorsement on our part without our express written consent. You agree to cooperate with us in causing any unauthorized linking immediately to stop. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice. We may disable all or any links at any time without notice in our discretion.
CCP reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion whether a user has violated these Community Standards. We also reserve the right to edit comments for content, remove off-topic contributions, delete offensive comments or remarks, block offensive contributors, and delete actual or suspected spam content from any social media channel. Violation of the Community Standards may result in a user being reported to the respective social media platform and banned from future use and contribution to our social media channels.
We are not responsible for the content of any comments or responses posted by others to any of our social media channels, and the content and opinions expressed by users and other third parties do not reflect the opinions of CCP, our employees or our affiliates. We do not control the placement of any marketing or advertising displayed on our pages by social media or third-party organizations.
