Choosing the right internship can be one of the biggest decisions you make in your college/university years. It’s a choice that can shape your future.

When you find a job that matches your skills and interests, click on the green "Apply Now" button to start the application process. It will take about 30 minutes or less. What’s Next?

Community Care Plan will immediately send you an email, confirming our receipt of your application. Our recruiting team will then review your application and resume to determine your eligibility for this position.

Recruiter Interview

If you are a good match for the position, we will contact you via email or phone to schedule a virtual interview with a recruiter.

Hiring Manager Interview

After the recruiter interview, if there is an alignment of interests, skills, and experience, we will contact you via email or phone to schedule an interview with the hiring manager and/or a panel of peers.

Job Offer

If you are selected as the candidate for the position, you will receive an offer from Human Resources.


When you decide to join our Community Care Plan family, a Human Resources Representative will contact you to begin the background screening and onboarding process.
