Community Care Plan is known for providing service from the heart. We are committed to driving positive change in the communities we serve which includes a commitment to shaping the leaders of tomorrow by providing opportunities and real-world experiences for Florida-based college and university students.

Choosing the right internship can be one of the biggest decisions you make in your college/university years. It’s a choice that can shape your future.

One of CCP’s core principles of excellence is “Community,” our pledge to develop preeminent community partnerships to meet the health and social needs of our members.

The CCP Employee Volunteer Program supports this core principle and does so much more! Volunteering in the community gives us the chance to connect, collaborate and personally improve ourselves and our sense of well-being.

We started a formal program in early 2017, inviting our employees and their families to participate and / or volunteer in key events throughout our community. The response has been overwhelming, and we have reached or surpassed our quota for volunteers in each event.
